upcoming events

Hello Everyone,

Long time I haven’t been in touch! I hope you are all keeping well.

My teaching schedue is going through a change, of sorts. While I cover classes in London here and there and see my privates, most of my teaching is now taking place abroad. I am teaching some weekends as part of a 10 week practitioner’s programme in Ireland and the coordinator has kindly opened up my weekends for any of my students who would like to attend. They are open to yoga practitioners with at least 3 to 4 years’ regular practice. The weekends will include sound work, preparation to the angahara dance and an in depth look at some of the classical yoga poses.  The subject matter is fluid and where it takes us will be determined by those in attendance. The course is open to teachers however this is not a requirement. The dates, at a glance, are as follows:

Gorey, Co. Wexford 25/26 May 2019

Dundrum, Dublin 30 nov to 1st Dec 2019

Gorey, Co. Wexford 14/15 Dec 2019

Ennis, Co. Claire 18/19 Jan 2020

Each weekend is priced at €180.

For more details have a look at the events page, or please get in touch.

More information on travel and accommodation is available on request.

I have tentative dates for next year’s Varanasi Experience:

Feb 09 till Feb 16 2020.

Shivratri is earlier next year, so anyone wishing to take in the 4 full nights of Dhrupad music at the Dhrupad Mela which ends on the night of Shivratri (21st Feb) will find it is perfectly timed for you.

More info on this to follow but if you have any Qs before this, please email me at your convenience.

Finally, anyone in the London W9 area this Saturday the 30th March is most welcome to join us for 108 recitations of the Hanuman Chalisa. This is an informal gathering, starting at 15.30.

Enjoy the beautiful season,

with best wishes

Natasha
