For private classes: if you wish to cancel any appointment please give 24 hours notice. This allows someone else to take that slot. If cancellation occurs within this time frame the full class payment will be non refundable.
All classes bought have an expiry of 90 days.
Some weekly classes bought via this site state to get in touch BEFORE making payment. This has nothing to do with your level but students need to be familiar with a sequence which is learnt in other classes and is a prerequisite to following along. If you pay for a class for which you are not eligible there will be no refund. You will be able to use this payment in another class.
