To secure your place, a non refundable deposit of 25% will be required. The full fee is required within 60 days of the start of the Varanasi Experience.
Once a deposit has been received confirmation will be sent to the email address provided along with information and advice on how to get the most out of your tour: what to bring, not bring, how to prepare etc.
Cancellation Policy: Varanasi Experience with Natasha Nandini Yogini are capped to a small number to ensure that you receive the very best experience. Cancellations made 30 calendar days prior to the arrival date will forfeit 50% of the full fee and receive any payments of anything in excess of the full amount.
If you should have to cancel within 30 days of the arrival date the full fee will be forfeited.

The airport to come into is Varanasi International (AKA Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport).
The nearest train station is Varanasi Junction but Moghal Sarai is also easily accessible with some better trains coming through there.
I never fix a day by day schedule because to get the most out of the trip one has to be able to accommodate the very last minute events that show themselves in Varanasi (this happens a lot).
