Open to those with  yoga experience. The idea is to prepare the body for finer movements expressed in the dance of shiva

These classes also focus on certain preparing the system through the bandhas, attention placement and simple pranayama.

They remain on a donation basis to allow those in a precarious financial situation due to the current climate to join in and do what the mind and body need. For those in a stable position,  perhaps you would consider donating accordingly. Here is the link:
