Open to those with yoga experience. In this class we explore some non traditional poses while using traditional asana to finish off.
Classes remain on a donation basis to allow those in a precarious financial situation due to the current climate to join in and do what the mind and body need right now. For those in a stable position, perhaps you would consider donating accordingly. Here is the link:
