15£This is a full breakdown of the meditation which I have been part of my daily practice for the last 5 years as set out by in the teachings of Drunvalo Melchizadech.
Over time I have noticed a strengthening of mental capacities and an emotional steadiness. Later it enhanced the connection between the two polar opposites: the crown and the base; the electric and magnetic poles of the body; sun, moon which, in short, has developed a better experience of the energetic circuit both on a microcosmic and macrocosmic level. The yoga practice has therefore taken on new dimensions since I have included this meditation.
In this course all 17 breaths will be broken down, and then put together so that the whole meditation can be practised thereafter. The recording will be made available to refresh and use as guided support for your own practice. Explanations of the tetrahedrons and the golden ratio used in the visualisation will also be discussed.
While padmasana is a comfortable pose in which to meditate, if accessible, as it holds the body erect with least effort and full support, it is not a necessary requirement to benefit from the practise which can be performed sitting in a chair.
