Dance of Shiva – Core Karanas

This course is primarily (but not exclusively) aimed at those who have been attending Tuesday and Thursday classes with me on Zoom. The aim of the course is to use daily repetition in order for the body and mind to become familiar with the basic sequence of karanas which can then be used to build on and weave other karanas into.

Experience in yoga required. If you have not been attending the above mentioned classes but are still considering joining please get in touch.
