angahara, karana, dance of shiva

In this class we explore some non traditional movements as expressed in the dance of shiva. Traditional asanas are used to finish off.
Classes remain on a donation basis to allow those in a precarious financial situation to join in and do what the mind and body need. For those in a stable position, perhaps you would consider donating accordingly. Here is the link:
