9 month online course: Formula for Movement

Open to all level of teachers and practitioners, this 9 month course is a step down from the previous one which was specific to the dance of shiva. In this course there will be more emphasis placed on the formula for movement (laid out in chapter 4 of Behind the Cosmic Dancer) offering the practitioner tools to build their practice with the intention of becoming autonomous, cultivating awareness in the mind and body as 1 unit, exploring universal laws and transposing them to movement thereby reducing the number of steps for any given posture or karana.
Recordings are available for unlimited viewing for 30 days after the live class.
Please Note: The first class is on 20th July 5pm UK time, thereafter it’s every 2nd Saturday of the month (Feb will be postponed due to India trip).
